Opportunity Identification Process
In order to determine if OmniConnex is the ideal marketing resource management solution for your organization, our team has developed a three step sales process to identify and classify cost savings and/or revenue development opportunities within your company. The purpose of this process is to create a set of measurable benefits that can be attributed to the proposed solution, and to demonstrate the improved outcome as a result of the OmniConnex solution.
1) Opportunity Identification – The OmniConnex team works with the client to identify a complete list of the areas in which there are inefficiencies, gaps in process, technology – anything that drives inefficiency or latency. All opportunities are documented and classified according to where the biggest return might exist
2) Rapid Solutioning – The OmniConnex team identifies potential solutions to address the challenges identified in the first step. Each solution, whether people, process, or technology-based, is applied to a particular opportunity or need.
3) Quantification of Benefits – The OmniConnex team creates a formal business value proposition for the solutions identified.
