Catalogue Administrator (Contract/Ottawa)

Summary of Responsibilities:
The position of OmniConnex Contract Administrator is the primary role for managing the recording of contract terms, reporting against service levels and generating invoices. The position is also required to validate that data required to meet the requirements of our customers is collected and properly and accurately reported by the application.  OmniConnex develops and operates systems/processes based on specific client requirements and contractual terms that result in inventory, printing and electronic fulfillment transactions for The Lowe-Martin Group. The position of the OmniConnex Contract Administrator has the responsibility to manage the compliance with established contractual provisions as they pertain to OmniConnex clients and to respond to internal inquiries for information that relates to contracts/ service levels, costing and billing. As well, this position will be responsible for validating data in advance of preparing the invoice to ensure billing is 100% accurate in advance of submission to the client.  This position is a “hands on” position requiring a high attention to detail.

Experience:
• Completed relevant post-secondary education or 3 years of related contract administration experience is required
• 2-4 years experience working in a financial administrative capacity
• Advanced  computer skills are required.

• Excellent communication skills
• Professional attitude and the ability to influence with a pleasant but firm manner
• Able to multi-task, solve problems, work with limited supervision
• Able to exercise attention to detail and work well under pressure
• Strong organizational skills are a must for this position
• Ability to follow and understand complex contractual requirements

Knowledge:
• Knowledge of office automation software such as M.S. Word and Excel required
• Knowledge of databases and/or reporting applications (such as Crystal Reports) would be an asset
